Beautiful British Columbia
That's for sure.
We arrived in Vancouver via Seattle in a nice greyhound type bus. Easy ride, empty bus, just a couple hours including a stop at the border. Of course, a bathroom in the back for Boo.
Vancouver is sexy. Lotta flare.
Big City with inspiring architecture.
We enjoyed a long bike ride through Stanley Park where i hauled the boyz on the back of my bike while Amanda rolled behind us keeping us in line.
This seawall path that Vancouver planned along the water front is incredible.
Just as we were settling into a coddled hotel life at the Four Seasons, it was time to get in the cab to go about an hour to Langley, British Columbia to pick up the RV.
Although we did this a few years ago, the reality of pushing this motor home thousands of kilometers over the next few weeks sets in.
Absolutely worth it though once we got on the road to Whistler where we are now for 2 nights.
The 3hr drive was "stunning" as Mommy kept saying. It really was though. Massive bodies of water interrupted by lush mountain peaks. Layer upon layer.
On the way up, we made a spontaneous quick stop to brave the suspension bridge in North Vancouver that was on our list to maybe do. It was aight. Woulda been better if it was free.
Nonetheless, the first night in the house car is behind us.
Leaving Vancouver and Whistler, both literally Olympic cities, makes us feel like we've already won the gold.
Canada Day (our July 4th) coming up on Wednesday.
